When switching to the Frequency Heat Map under Cell Subset Navigator" tab ("Frequency by Sample"), you will have the option to turn on "Scale by Subset". For each cell subset, the scaled frequency as defined as:

(Subset Frequency - Mean(Frequency)) / Std(Frequency)

Where mean and standard deviation are calculated over all of the samples.

Import note: These values cannot be compared *between* subsets, since the scaling is done on a subset-by-subset basis. The purpose of scaling is to allow easier comparison of subset frequencies across samples.
